If items are customised, we will require an additional 48 hours minimum to approve the logos provided and check with you that it is correct before delivery is sent.
For bulk orders, again we will need to approve the order with the purchaser. This will take up to 7-14 days for items in stock, however all orders vary depending on the quantities needed.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
If you wish to return any of the products purchased, you have a 21 day period from when the order was purchased to write to us via email at info@vervesport.co.uk.
The email must include your order number & your reason for return.
You will be responsible for Returns Shipping Cost, this is providing a solution cannot be solved to your query.
You are responsible for the parcel until it has been received by VerveSport. It is recommended to use the signed-for postage option.
The product is to be returned in its original packaging & unused form.
A refund will be issued within 7 days via original payment method.
We do not accept returns on personalised / customised items.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
VerveSport are delighted to offer Free Standard UK Shipping on all orders over £50. A £2.99 fee will be added to purchases under £49.99, with the estimated delivery time is 2 - 5 business days.
We also offer the Express UK Shipping option for an additional £5 fee. The estimated delivery time is 1 - 2 business days.
We currently only accept purchases made in the United Kingdom. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused at this time.
