We take immense pride in creating unique sportswear for teams & individuals - we aim to make sure you're 100% satisfied. If for any reason you're not, you have 21 days from the date you receive your order to write to us.

How to Request a Return:

• Email us at info@VerveSport.co.uk with your Customer Number and the reason for return.

• Call/Whatsapp us on +44 7774659341 with your Customer Number and the reason for return.

• Please note: Returns must be approved before sending the item back.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

• You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the issue cannot be resolved or we are at fault.

• We strongly recommend using a tracked/signed-for service as you are responsible for the item until it is received by us.

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Customised Orders:

• We DO NOT accept returns or offer refunds on customised/personalised items unless there is a clear printing error or fault caused by us.

• Due to the nature of garment printing, we cannot accept returns for minor imperfections smaller than 1cm, as these fall within acceptable tolerance levels.

Teamwear:

• Match Day Kits: Peak season (Apr–Oct): 14–21 days | Off-season (Nov–Mar): 10–14 days

• Pro-X Range (Standard Colours): Immediate dispatch

• Pro-X Range (Bespoke Colours): 4–5 weeks production time

• Club Shop items - Available for immediate dispatch.

Boxing & Activewear:

• Fight Night T-Shirts: 3–5 days production

• Activewear: Immediate dispatch

All other products - Available for immediate dispatch.

At this time, VerveSport only accepts orders within the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding our international shipping options soon. Please contact our team for a bulk order outside of the UK.

Customisation Disclaimer

• For customised garments, ensure all details (names, sizes, colours, numbers, etc.) are correct before confirming your order.

• We do not take responsibility for errors submitted during the order process once production has started.

• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Due to screen displays and photography lighting, colours may vary slightly from the final product.

• Where possible, physical samples or size guides are available upon request for larger team orders.

Production Errors

• In the rare event of a manufacturing or printing error on your order, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please report any issues within 72 hours of receiving your item.
