6. A member of our team will contact you with a mock-up design & to confirm your order.

If you wish to return any of the products purchased, you have a 21 day period from when the order was purchased to write to us via email at info@VerveSport.co.uk. 
The email must include your order number & your reason for Return.

You will be responsible for Returns Shipping Cost, this is providing a solution cannot be solved to your query.

You are responsible for the parcel until it has been received by VerveSport. It is recommended to use the signed-for postage option.

The product is to be returned in its original packaging & unused form.

A refund will be issued within 7 days via original payment method.

We DO NOT accept returns on customised items unless we are at fault.
